Schools that are part of the alliance work together in a sustainable way to create and strenghten the pedagogical methods that are used at school, in the neighborhood and in the community. Education teams, pupils, parents and other parnters of the school are closely involved in this development. The pedagogigal methods that are used inside the schools are expanded tot he whole neighborhood. Together they build on activities in and around the schools. Parents, childcare, after-school and welfare organizatons, bkut also local residents, volunteers and other parties involved with children in the neighborhood work together with the alliance. This learningproces is shaped in co-creating learningspaces. Facilitated by the New West district the schools and The Beach organise a activity programme voor the pupils. The goal is to establish a strong collaboration between the schools and have an effect on the neighborhood. The longest programme is Gangmakers Designlab; co-creating a social and sustanaible society with the children.
